This is the rebuild service with compressor wheel upgrade for these turbos.
This compressor mod will move more air at lower speeds so may give the impression it is not boosting or "spooling" like before.
Includes new turbine wheel as they are usually melted on the tips at this age.
Includes Install kit if available.
